Our one-on-one sessions are designed to provide personalised, neurodiversity-affirming support for individuals on the autism spectrum who are looking to build confidence and skills around dating and relationships. These private sessions create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your goals at your own pace, with the guidance of a supportive professional who understands the unique experiences of neurodiverse individuals.

Group Workshops
Our in-person group workshops are designed to support autistic individuals in developing the social, emotional, and communication skills needed for dating and forming meaningful relationships, all in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Each workshop is thoughtfully structured to provide practical guidance, hands-on activities, and opportunities for real-time social interaction with peers who share similar experiences. Running over the course of six weeks, these sessions are paced gently and adapted to suit a wide range of communication styles and comfort levels.
